Inscriptions: on the keyboard cover a rectangular nameplate inlaid in brass: LOUIS FALK / BERLIN.; penciled on the slat blocking the keyboard: 20592-99 and: 592; stamped on the action frame: 20592; painted in red on the hitch pin block’s armour: KG-XV-1; illegible signature penciled on the A2 key lever; penciled on the other side: Łoziński B. J. 5/IV 63 r. / Kijów prz....Cemlański [Ziemlański?] N 3 m. 1
