Description: pyramid mahogany veneered. Straight-, single-, double-, triple-strung, composite frame with a quarter of metal rest pin block, two stress bars and capo tasto bar for the highest register. Viennese action with damper rack

Inscriptions: on the keyboard cover a longitudinal nameplate inlaid in tin, embellished with floral ornament: A. ZAKRZEWSKI / w Warszawie; on the left side of the soundboard inked by hand: Dla W. Kubickiego dnia 15 Listopada 1846 roku № Fortepianu 1799 [For W. Kubicki on 15 Nov. 1846, piano no. 1799]; on the back of the checks´ rail pencilled: Strjł [sic!] Jan Gęmbka z Pińczowa / dnia 25 czerwca 1904 roku / 28 lipca 1905/6/6/8; and stamped: TECHNIK / BUDOWY / FORTEPIANÓW I PIANIN / KOREKTOR-STROICIEL / Reginald Brzeziński / Kielce, ul. Śląska nr 8 m 49; on the front slat’s back pencilled: Czesław Tłuszczyński dnia sier/27/VIII r. 1915.
