Inscriptions: on the keyboard cover inlaid in brass: Erard. In many places pressed: 21118; on the damper lever A2 inked: 1849 S; on the soundboard in black paint: Par Brevet D’ Invention / Erard a Paris / /49;  on the left side of two frame stress bars pressed: CHATILLON S. S.

Measurements: height 350 (955), width 1400, depth 2430 mm

Materials: wood, metal, ivory

Keyboard compass, stops: A2-a4 – 7 octaves, two pedals – una corda and dampers
